All products listed on aurumpulls.shop are authentic, factory-sealed collectible hobby products sourced exclusively from authorized US distributors. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly with a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove listings at any time without notice.

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, the contents of every box and case are randomized by the manufacturer. Aurum Pulls makes no guarantee about pull rates, specific card contents, card conditions, or any particular outcome from opening a sealed product. This is inherent to the hobby and is not within our control.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order on aurumpulls.shop, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payment is charged in full at the time of order placement.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Aurum Pulls is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these terms.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Free standard shipping is included on all domestic orders.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Aurum Pulls is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon handoff of your order to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only. Opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, regardless of the contents found inside. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details and instructions on how to initiate a return.

PRE-ORDERS

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected in full at the time of the order. Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change. Aurum Pulls is not liable for manufacturer delays. If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Brand names and product names referenced on our site, including Pokémon, Panini, Prizm, Lorcana, and Marvel, belong to their respective owners. Aurum Pulls is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these brands.
