Pre-order inquiries: Have a question about an upcoming release, a delay, or a timeline update? We will give you the most current information we have.

Damaged or missing items: If something arrived damaged or an item is missing from your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item as received.

Wholesale and bulk orders: If you are interested in buying in volume or setting up a wholesale account, email us with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and we will send you our wholesale information.
