OUR PROMISE
Every sealed hobby box, sealed case, and collectible product sold on aurumpulls.shop is guaranteed to be 100% genuine, factory-sealed, and sourced directly from authorized US distributors. We do not carry resealed product, tampered product, counterfeit product, or grey-market product. We never have, and we never will.
If you ever receive a product from Aurum Pulls that is not 100% authentic and factory-sealed, we will replace it or refund you in full — immediately, no questions asked.
HOW WE PROTECT EVERY ORDER
Authorized sourcing: We purchase every product directly from licensed, authorized US distributors who receive inventory straight from the manufacturer. We do not buy from private sellers, secondary market platforms, overseas suppliers, or any unverified source — ever.
Seal inspection on arrival: Every product is visually inspected when it arrives at our facility. We check that factory seals are intact and that packaging matches official manufacturer standards before anything is added to our inventory.
No pack weighing, ever: We have a strict and absolute zero-tolerance policy on pack weighing, pack sorting, and cherry-picking. No product at Aurum Pulls is ever opened, weighed, sorted, or modified before it ships to you. What you receive comes directly from our distributor's allocation, untouched.
Secure handling and storage: Products are stored in a controlled environment and handled only by our team. We treat every box and case with the same care we would want applied to our own personal collection.
Pre-shipment verification: Before your order is packed, we confirm that the product is sealed, undamaged, and exactly what you ordered.

WHAT THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER
Our Authenticity Guarantee covers the genuineness and factory-sealed condition of the product at the time we ship it to you. It does not cover pull rates, the specific contents of any sealed product, the condition of individual cards inside a sealed box, or the market value of what you find when you open it. The randomized nature of trading card products is inherent to the hobby and is not something any retailer can control or guarantee.
IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FEEL RIGHT
If you receive a product from us and have any concern about its authenticity or seal integrity, please do the following: do not open the product if you have not already done so, take clear photos and video of the product, the seal, and the outer packaging as you received it, and contact us immediately at support@aurumpulls.shop with your order number and the documentation you have gathered.
Our team will investigate within 2 business days. If a legitimate concern is confirmed, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no argument, no delay.
REPORTING COUNTERFEITS IN THE HOBBY
We care about the integrity of this hobby beyond our own store. If you encounter counterfeit or resealed products from any seller, you can report them directly to the brands involved.
