Aurum Pulls welcomes wholesale and bulk purchase inquiries from verified businesses in the collectibles space. We work with a select group of wholesale partners and take every application seriously. If you are interested in buying in volume, we would love to hear from you.

WHO WE WORK WITH
We consider wholesale applications from brick-and-mortar hobby and collectible stores, online resellers with an established sales presence, gaming stores, card shops, and comic book retailers, event organizers hosting trading card tournaments or hobby events, and distributors operating in the collectibles space.
All applicants must be able to provide documentation of a legitimate business, including a business name, a valid Employer Identification Number or equivalent tax ID, and verifiable contact information. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
HOW TO APPLY
Send an email to support@aurumpulls.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry." Include your business name, business type, website or social media presence, and a brief description of the products you are interested in. Our team will follow up within 3 to 5 business days to request any additional documentation we need, including your EIN or business registration number and any applicable resale certificates for sales tax exemption. Once your application is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or denial by email. Approved partners will receive wholesale pricing and ordering instructions directly.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum order value per wholesale order: $500 USD
Reorder minimum for subsequent orders: $300 USD
These minimums may be adjusted over time. Any changes will be communicated to active wholesale partners in advance.
PRICING
Wholesale pricing is not publicly listed and is communicated directly to approved accounts. Prices are offered on a case-by-case basis depending on the products requested, order volume, and the nature of the relationship.
Wholesale pricing is based on the current retail price at the time of the order and is subject to change based on market conditions, manufacturer pricing adjustments, and product availability. We cannot guarantee fixed pricing on high-demand products such as Prizm, Lorcana, or Pokémon releases. Wholesale pricing does not combine with retail promotions or discount codes unless agreed upon in writing.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe for wholesale orders. All transactions are processed through Stripe. For established wholesale accounts with a consistent order history, alternative payment arrangements may be discussed and must be agreed upon in writing before any order is placed. All prices are in US dollars.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Wholesale orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days depending on order size and product availability. Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation. Wholesale orders are not eligible for the free shipping offered on retail orders. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Freight shipping may be arranged for very large orders. Risk of loss transfers to the wholesale partner upon handoff of the order to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Wholesale orders follow a modified return policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed products only. All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery if the issue involves damaged or incorrect items, and must include photographic evidence. Wholesale returns must be pre-authorized by our team before any item is shipped back. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless the return is due to our error. We do not accept wholesale returns for change of mind, slow sales, or changes in market value.
RESALE AND BRAND COMPLIANCE
Products purchased through our wholesale program may be resold through legitimate retail channels. Wholesale partners may not represent themselves as official distributors, authorized retailers, or affiliates of any brand carried by Aurum Pulls, including Pokémon, Panini, Prizm, Lorcana, and Marvel, unless they hold independent authorization from those brands. Aurum Pulls reserves the right to terminate any wholesale relationship if products are being sold in a way that violates manufacturer guidelines or applicable law.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Wholesale pricing, terms, and any proprietary business information shared between Aurum Pulls and wholesale partners is considered confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our prior written consent.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Aurum Pulls reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any wholesale account for violation of this policy, fraudulent orders or chargebacks, misrepresentation during the application process, or conduct that is damaging to our brand or reputation. Wholesale partners may also terminate their account at any time by notifying us in writing.
